These recipes and directions supported me in my first time dying yarn for myself. I dyed three colors: coop, sunflower yellow, and thatch. They came out beautifully! I can't imagine the amount of work that went into creating these color sets, but they gave me the confidence to invest in doing my own dyeing at home. I use rug yarn for punch needle rug making, and I was so frustrated before, waiting weeks to for my expensive rug yarn to arrive. Half of the time, the color was not what I thought it would be. With just the minimal dyeing equipment (a crockpot, scales, all the dharma dyes used in the recipes, and safety equipment), I was able to get exactly the color and yarn I wanted!
